BLUSH ARTISTRY – BOOKING & SALON POLICIES

At Blush Artistry, your appointment time is reserved especially for you. These policies are in place to protect our time, our business, and to ensure a smooth experience for all clients. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Booking Fee / Deposit

All appointments require a non-refundable booking fee to secure your booking.

  • This booking fee is deducted from the total cost of your appointment on the day.

  • The booking fee also acts as a cancellation fee if the appointment is cancelled or missed.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours of your appointment will result in the forfeiture of your booking fee.

  • If you wish to rebook after cancelling, a new booking fee will be required.

No-Shows

Failure to attend your appointment without notice will be recorded as a no-show.

  • Your booking fee will be forfeited.

  • Rebooking will require payment of a new booking fee.

  • Repeated no-shows may result in refusal of future bookings.

Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time to ensure you receive the full service.

  • Arrivals more than 10 minutes late may need to be shortened or cancelled to avoid impacting other clients.

  • If your appointment cannot proceed due to late arrival, it will be treated as a late cancellation, and the booking fee will be forfeited.

Children & Guests

For health, safety, and relaxation purposes:

  • Blush Artistry is a child-free and guest-free studio.

  • Children and additional guests are not permitted at appointments.

  • If you arrive with a child or guest, your appointment may be cancelled and your booking fee forfeited.

Refunds

Blush Artistry does not offer refunds on services rendered.

  • If you have concerns about your service, please notify us within 48 hours so we can assess and, where appropriate, offer a complimentary adjustment.

  • Change of mind or personal preference does not qualify for a refund.

Illness & Emergencies

If you are unwell, please contact us as soon as possible.

  • Genuine emergencies will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

  • Proof may be requested where applicable.

Respect & Conduct

We are committed to providing a professional, respectful environment.

  • Abusive, disrespectful, or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated.

  • Blush Artistry reserves the right to refuse service where necessary.
